Scientology Marks a Decade at Its Budapest Ideal Org

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered news eu parlament in Budapest to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary included a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
